Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

½ Cup(s) Chocolate Chips or chopped chocolate
4 Tablespoon(s) Unsalted Butter
2 Egg
1 Egg White
⅓ Cup(s) Sugar
¼ Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Powdered Sugar

How to make Air Fryer Chocolate Lava Cake

  Spray two 6 ounce ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.

  Combine chocolate and butter in a small microwave safe Bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.

  In a separate Bowl, Whisk together the eggs, egg white and sugar until frothy.

  Pour the egg mixture into the melted chocolate mixture and stir until combined.

  Add flour and carefully mix with a Rubber Spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.

  Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.

  Air Fry at 370 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until the tops of the cakes have popped up and have crispy edges. Keep a close eye on them as different Air Fryers may differ slightly in cook times.

  Allow cakes to cool in the ramekin for a minute then remove from the Air Fryer basket.

  Carefully run a knife between the edges of the ramekin and the cakes.

  Slowly flip the cakes onto serving plate and top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
