How to make Apple Crisp with Oat Topping

  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

  Toss your apples with white sugar and ½ Teaspoon of cinnamon to get them nicely coated, then pour them into a 9-inch Square Baking Dish.

  Mix brown sugar, oats, flour and 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate Bowl.

  Use a Pastry Cutter or two forks to mash in some cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs - then spread the topping over the apples until you reach the edges of the baking dish.
