How to make Baked Barbeque Bacon Chicken

  Fire up the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch Baking Dish with cooking spray.

  Cook bacon in a Skillet over medium heat until it starts to crisp (about 5 minutes), then drain on paper towels. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon in an X-shape & place in the prepared Baking Sheet with the bacon ends underneath.

  Bake for 30 minutes, then slather with barbeque sauce & bake until the juices run clear, the chicken is no longer pink inside, & an Instant-Read Meat Thermometer reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) (10 to 15 more minutes).
