How to make Beer Can Chicken

  Melt ½ Cup of butter in a small Skillet, then mix in 1 Tablespoon of garlic salt, 1 Tablespoon of paprika, and your desired amount of salt & pepper.

  Discard half the beer, leaving the other half in the can. Add the remaining butter, garlic salt, paprika, salt & pepper to the beer can, then place the can on a Disposable Baking Sheet and set the chicken on top.

  Baste the chicken with the seasoned butter and place the Baking Sheet on the grill.

  Let it cook for 3 hours at low heat until the chicken reaches an Internal Temperature of 180°F (80°C)
