How to make Vegetarian Buffalo Cauliflower Florets
01 Preheat to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) & spray a Baking Sheet with cooking spray.
02 In a large Bowl, Whisk together wing sauce, mayonnaise & an egg - then toss your cauliflower florets in the mixture to coat completely.
03 Spread out the florets on the Baking Sheet. Pulse some croutons into fine crumbs in a Food Processor, then add Parmesan cheese & mix to combine.
04 Sprinkle the crouton and cheese mixture over the cauliflower & bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and tender (about 15 minutes). Let the deliciousness sit before removing from the Baking Sheet (about 5 minutes).
05 Then, mix blue cheese dressing with sour cream & black pepper to make a delicious dip - use low-fat sour cream if desired!
