How to make Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

  Preheat the oven to 375ºF

  Line a 12-hole Muffin Tin with Muffin Liners

  Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large Bowl. Leave a well in the center.

  Mix the butter, egg, buttermilk and vanilla together in a medium Bowl.

  Pour the wet ingredients into the well in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
