How to make Canadian Scotchcake Cookies

  Roll out Dough on Floured Surface and make it ½ inch thick

  Cut into 2" circles ( you can use a round cookie cutter or a glass)

  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, Cookies will be pale in color
