2 Beef Chuck Roast (2 pounds each) cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
½ Cup(s) Red Wine

How to make Creamy Beef Stroganoff

  Start by marinating beef in red wine, salt & pepper for 10 minutes, then pat dry & reserve the marinade.

  Heat oil in Skillet & cook beef until browned (5-7 minutes), then set aside. Melt butter in same Skillet & cook onion, garlic & a pinch of salt until soft & translucent - then add to beef.

  Melt more butter, cook mushrooms until tender & set aside. Finally, melt butter, Whisk in flour, then slowly Whisk in beef stock.

  Add reserved marinade, Worcestershire sauce, mustard & red pepper flakes. Simmer with beef & onion until meat is tender (1 hour).
