How to make Easy chunky salsa
01 Put all ingredients into a pot except vinegar and lemon juice.
02 Boil gently for ½ hour, stirring often.
03 Add vinegar and juice, simmer another 15 min.
04 Put into sterilized jars while still very hot, wipe rims and seal. Store any jars that do not seal airtight in fridge and use first. Sealed jars can be stored at room temp.
