How to make Fresh Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream.

  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and start by combining sliced peaches with juice, 2 Tablespoons melted butter, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.

  Dissolve cornstarch in water, and stir it into the peach mixture. Set it aside and get ready to make the batter! In a second Bowl, combine milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.

  Beat it until smooth - the mixture will be thin. Melt ½ Cup butter in a 9x13 inch Pan, then pour in the batter. Top with the peach mixture, and sprinkle with additional cinnamon & nutmeg.

  Bake for 1 hour, or until you can insert a toothpick (or knife) that comes out clean. Serve with a scoop of creamy Vanilla Ice Cream - yum!
