  Start by combining flour, sugar, baking powder & salt in a Bowl (make a 'well' in the center for the wet ingredients).

  Pour in the milk, egg & 1 Tablespoon of oil into the well & mix until it's all moistened.

  Heat a Griddle over medium-high heat & sprinkle a few drops of water onto the Griddle.

  If the droplets bounce, it's ready - add 2 Teaspoons of oil! Now it's time to spoon the batter onto the Griddle - cook until bubbles form & the edges are dry, for 3-5 minutes.
