1 Box (97g) Pistachio Pudding Mix

How to make Halloween Pudding Cookies

  The butter and brown sugar should be creamed together in a large Bowl, preferably using a Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer.

  Mix in the egg until there is a smooth consistency.

  Add in the pudding mix, salt, and baking soda, and mix to combine.

  Mix in the flour.

  Separate the cookie dough into roughly 2 Tablespoon balls and place on a Cookie Sheet lined with Parchment Paper, spaced about 2" apart. These need to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  Preheat oven to 350°F, then bake the cookies for about 10 minutes or until they're just starting to turn brown at the edges.

  Press the M&Ms and candy eyes into the cookies while they are still fresh and soft; this will allow them to stick to the cookie as it cools.

  Allow cookies to cool completely on a rack. Once cooled, decorating gel can be used to create stitches or other patterns.
