How to make Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

  In a Small Saucepan over medium/high heat, bring brown sugar, water and vanilla to a simmer and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set to the side.

  Add the brown sugar syrup, ice and espresso to a Shaker or a jar with a lid and shake well until frothy (about 1 minute).

  Pour contents of the Shaker into a glass, add more ice if desired and add oat milk. Enjoy!
