2 ½ Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Butter (2 sticks)
¾ Cup(s) Sugar
¾ Cup(s) Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 ½ Teaspoon(s) Peppermint Extract
2 Egg
1 ½ Cup(s) Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)

How to make Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

  Preheat oven to 375°F

  In a medium Bowl Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside

  In a Bowl of a Stand Mixer add butter,both sugars and peppermint extract. Beat until creamed. Add eggs and beat again until combined. Optionally add some green food coloring.

  Drop 12 heaping round Tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased Baking Sheet. Bake for 8-10 mimutes or until cookies are just golden brown at the egdes.

  Allow cookies to cool for about 5 minutes than move to a Cooling Rack. Allow cookies to cool completely. Enjoy!
