How to make Old Fashioned Pancakes
01 In a large Bowl, Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until the ingredients are completely mixed, creating a smooth batter.
02 Heat a lightly oiled Griddle or Frying Pan over medium-high heat. Using approximately ΒΌ Cup of batter for each pancake, pour or scoop the batter onto the Griddle. Cook until both sides are lightly browned, and serve hot.
