How to make Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

  Bring the quinoa & water to a boil in a Saucepan - reduce heat to medium-low, cover, & simmer until tender (15-20 minutes).

  Roughly mash the black beans with a fork (leaving some whole) to make a paste-like mixture.

  Mix in quinoa, bread crumbs, bell pepper, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce & egg - use your hands to form 5 patties.

  Heat olive oil in a large Skillet & cook patties in the hot oil until heated through (2-3 minutes per side)!
