How to make Restaurant Buffalo Chicken Wings

  Mix up a flavorful combination of flour, paprika, cayenne pepper & salt in a Bowl and toss the chicken wings until coated.

  Once the wings are fully coated, place them in a 9x13-Inch Glass Baking Dish and refrigerate for 1 to 1 ½ hours.

  Heat up a deep, heavy Skillet and add enough oil to cover the wings entirely.

  While the oil is heating up, melt butter in a Saucepan and mix in hot sauce, pepper & garlic powder until blended.

  Fry the wings for 10-15 minutes, or until they are crisp & brown. Place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.

  Fry coated wings in the hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they begin to crisp and turn brown. Maintain the oil temperature while cooking.
