How to make Sausage Breakfast Casserole
01 Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and grease an 8x11-inch Baking Dish--it's time to make a delicious Sausage Breakfast Casserole!
02 Cook & stir the breakfast sausage in a Skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes (don't forget to drain the excess grease!)
03 Mix in the green onion and spread the sausage into the bottom of the dish.
04 Top with a layer of hash brown potatoes and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Whisk together the eggs, milk, & gravy mix until smooth, then pour over the casserole.
05 Sprinkle with paprika and bake until a knife inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean, about 1 hour.
06 Let stand for 10 minutes to firm up before serving--enjoy!
