How to make Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins
01 Grease 12 Muffin Cups & preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
02 In a large Bowl, Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, & baking powder. In a separate Bowl, Whisk together vegetable oil, egg, milk, & applesauce until smooth.
03 Stir the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture until moistened & lightly stir in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared Muffin Cups, filling them ⅔ full.
04 Bake the muffins in the preheated oven until they rise & the tops are golden brown, about 20 minutes (a toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean!).
