These breakfast sausages are on a whole other level! Turkey and blueberries don't sound like the best match, but try and you won't regret it! It's so healthy and so easy to make!
Serving Size
One serving is equal to approximately two sausage patties.
Seasoning Options
Add some ground allspice, black pepper, thyme, cinnamon or cayenne pepper to the turkey mixture, prior to cooking.
Serve It With
Enjoy with a serving of sauteed dark/leafy greens (*except no spinach and kale), and/or other veggies (i.e. carrots, max. 1 stalk celery/serving, max. 3/4 cup zucchini/serving, cucumber, Bell peppers, eggplant, olives, radish, tomato, or max. 1/2 cup fennel bulb/serving).
Leftovers
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to three days or, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
