- 3 Red Bell Pepper roasted and diced

How to make Canned Roasted Red Pepper Salsa

To roast your red pepper cut it in half, remove seeds, membrane and stem, place on a Baking Sheet and roast in oven at 450 degrees F for 15-20 min or until skins are blackened. - 02
Allow peppers to cool for a few minutes and then remove the skins. - 03
Dice the roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onion, jalapeño and garlic and add to a large Bowl. Mix together. - 04
Zest your lemon into the Bowl and then cut it in half and squeeze in all the juice. Mix again. - 05
Prepare your canning jars and add the salsa to the jars.
