How to make Gluten-free Mac and Cheese
01 Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Be careful not to overcook, as gluten-free pasta can become mushy if cooked for too long. Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water for less than 5 seconds to prevent it from sticking.
02 Melt the butter in a medium Saucepan over medium heat.
03 Stir in the gluten-free baking flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
04 Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously.
05 Once the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
06 Slowly add the Shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until fully melted and combined.
07 Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
08 Serve immediately.
