How to make Ham and Potato Soup
01 In a Stock Pot, mix potatoes, water, ham and celery and bring to a boil. Cook mixture over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender when pierced through with a fork. Mix in chicken bouillon, salt and pepper.
02 In a separate pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Mix in flour and cook, stirring until thick (about 1 minute). Slowly Whisk in milk to prevent lumps and cook mixture 4-5 minutes.
03 Add milk mixture into the pot of veggies and ham and cook soup until combined, heating until warmed through.
