1 ½ Tablespoon(s) Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter
2 Tablespoon(s) Milk
⅛ Teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
1 Cup(s) Vanilla Ice Cream (about 2 scoops)
½ Cup(s) Milk

How to make Perfect Chocolate Milkshake

  To make the chocolate sauce, begin by Whisking together sugar and cocoa powder in a small Bowl.

  Melt butter in a Small Saucepan over medium heat. Once fully melted, Whisk in 2 tbsp of milk followed by the sugar and cocoa powder mixture.

  Whisk continuously until well combined and mixture begins to thicken and bubble, about 1-3 minutes.

  Remove chocolate sauce from heat and Whisk for 30 seconds to cool the sauce slightly. Stir in vanilla, set aside and allow to cool at room temperature white assembling other ingredients.

  In your Blender, combine ice cream, ½ Cup of milk and 3 tbsp of the chocolate sauce. Blend until well-mixed and pourable.

  Pour milkshake into glass and enjoy! Optionally you can top with whipped cream, drizzle of sauce, sprinkles or any other toppings of choice.
