  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  Grease a 12-Cup Bundt Pan.

  In a large Bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, water, and eggs until well-blended.

  Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared Bundt Pan.

  Bake in oven until you notice the top has some springiness to it. After about 50 to 55 minutes it will be done if you can insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
