How to make World's Best Cheesecake
01 Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C)
02 Wrap the outside bottom of a 10-Inch Springform Pan with foil to prevent water seeping in while baking.
03 Cream together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, & sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs, one at a time.
04 Add flour, one Tablespoon at a time, mixing well. Stir in sour cream & vanilla - yum! Pour the mixture into the 10-Inch Springform Pan.
05 Place the cheesecake in a large rectangular pan filled with 2 inches of hot water. Carefully put into the preheated oven without spilling the water.
06 Bake for 90 minutes. After 90 minutes, turn off the oven - but leave the cake in for another 60 minutes (don't open the door).
07 Cool on the counter for 60 minutes, then pop it in the refrigerator.
