How to make Dutch Babies

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) & get your Cast-Iron Skillet ready!

Blend together milk, flour, eggs, vanilla extract & salt in a Blender until it's smooth.

Melt the clarified butter in the Skillet & pour the batter in the center.

Bake until it's golden & puffed - 20-25 minutes - then brush with butter & drizzle with lemon juice & confectioners' sugar! Yum!
